Rev John Chandler
Rev John Brownlow Chandler was appointed as Vicar of Witley in 1882. He is commemorated by the west window which was dedicated to him at a Harvest Festival service in 1903 by his brother Bishop Chandler and by the mosaic plaque beneath it. The "conspicuous" memorial reads " To the glory of God, and in loving memory of John Brownlow Chandler, 12 years vicar of Witley, who entered into rest 16th April, 1894"
