The Ben Williams Memorial Bench was installed in 2014 in memory of  a local cricket-mad chorister who died in 2006 aged just 14.

The Cherry Tree was planted in 2022 as part of the Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee Green Canopy initiative. The white cherry tree (Prunus Taihaku) is described as a ‘splendid ancient variety of flowering Cherry tree from Japan. After becoming extinct in Japan, a single variety was found in a garden in Sussex which has allowed this marvellous ornamental tree to live on’.
